(1) Children under the age of six shall have the right to learning and early childhood development appropriate to their age and level of development. (2) Every child shall have the right to get compulsory and free education up to the basic level and free education up to the secondary level in a child-friendly environment according to the prevailing law.
(3) Every child shall have the right to receive education through appropriate study materials and teaching methods according to the prevailing laws according to their special physical and mental condition.
(4) Dalit children shall have the right to get free education including scholarship as per prevailing law.
